Like i said in my first post no one can join my game and then you said i needed to change my fire wall, well... how exactly do i do that?

It depends completely on the firewall you have. Each one is different, so you'll need to figure out what you have and dig up the documentation for it. http://www.byond.com/docs/howto/byond_network.html may be of some help.
