Help with Jail and unjail!

How would i make it so when I send someone to jail, it would record there name, and then add it to a list, it would also set their veiw to 1. I would also like a unjail verb which would make there name go away from the list and their veiw to be set back to 5. If someone could help i'd much apperceiate it! ^_^ (HTML is fun!)

Gah, havent you ever heard the "No bumping within 2 days" rule?

I always thought it was more like 24 hours; that seems to be the standard most people go by. Of course, 66 minutes still falls pretty short of that.
