To fill in a few glaringly missing bits:

2a. download BYOND and install it if you have not already done so.

2b. start DreamSeeker and click on the 'Hub' tab. Search for the game you would like to play.

2c. after clicking on the games entry, you should see another page appear. If it is hosted by someone, you will see a 'join' link that needs to be clicked to join an online game wiht others. If not, usually you can run your own game (by yourself, or as a host for others), and there will be a link provided for that possibility if the game desiger has chosen to make her/his program available for downloading. (Just read the page carefully.)
