Descriptive Problem Summary:
Hovering over name area in Chatters results in hundred of errors -

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Visit http://www.byond.com/play/296992796 and hover over the users names.
Expected Results:
No errors and any functionality behind this should be working?
Actual Results:
No errors?
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Everytime
In other games? N/A can't test right now..
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? Yes
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
No idea.
Workarounds:
Ignore the errors and lack of functionality?
It does work in DreamSeeker.

One thing you didn't mention: What actually happens in DS? What's the expected behavior? Obviously the JavaScript errors aren't something we want to see, but that implies it's trying to do something and failing.

See it's a bit odd, it happens when hovering over an area.. which makes absolutely no sense to me, although if I were to guess, player text or icon changes on hover?
I know you can double click a user to initiate a private chat/message But honestly I don't use Chatters enough to explain it for you.. I noticed the issue when looking at the RAM and CPU spikes the web client wasn't causing.. | |
