i dont know if i should take you seriously, but here is the answer

byond is based off of the idea of parents and children, children will inherit all the properties of its parent

mob
players
var
age=30
jimmy
age=5

in this example, we make a parent mob, players, and give it a property called age, we then make a child of players, and set its age to 5, we dont need to redeclare the variable because its already inherited from the parent!
