how do i make folder? and how do i put sounds?

...yes, Im a NOOB!!! bah

So how do I include a sound file?
When I click New, all they have is icon, map..blah
And how do I make a folder so I can organize my icons a bit?

I've done couple tutorial but it never gives details about that...

Outside of Dream Maker, put the sounds into your game's folder. (Use Explorer?) The New menu item is for creating new things. Sounds are not created inside BYOND. Make them in another program and put them in the folder for your project.

So far, I've made my extra folders outside of the Dream Maker program. I've been using Explorer to do it for roughly a year. Does anyone know of a way to do it inside Dream Maker?
