MORE PEOPLE HAVE VOTED FOR STEVEN COBERT, THEN THERE ARE PEOPLE IN hungary

Steven cobert went on air, apparently in hungary, they are having a vote to name a new bridge. Steven told the nation to vote for Steven Cobert Hid. Yesterday he said he was dramitcally behind. Today he is 17 million votes ahead. How the ?

STEVEN COBERT'S FAN'S CREATED A CHEATING C++ PROGRAM!
The program selects Stephen's name, enters the vote, removes the cookie showing that you've voted and then repeats every step in the process, over and over.
