I use a program called Windows Task Manager. IT calculates my CPU usage %, and it usually reaches 100% and causes my computer to freeze up temporarly in games.

Does anyone see a this problem fixable?

100% CPU usage isn't necessarily a bad thing, if you're running an intensive program like some games or anything that calculates. Generally games should stay below that (because if they're using all the juice they can get they take longer to calculate, and extra time they take to calculate means they're not running at full speed). If too much of your CPU is in use, try closing down some other programs.

More often I see memory crunches than processor crunches, but some programs (particularly some for file sharing) can use quite a lot of the processor.
