It's okay, people will want to know these things too.
Each shared server is split for two customers, or four depending on the server I get beforehand. Then each client gets 512MB, 10GB HDD and one dedicated core if applicable.
In Shared #2, it is pretty much the same, just double the values. 1GB, 20GB and one dedicated core (assured). (Shared#1 does not necessarily get a dedicated core. I have some single-cored servers still)

It usually takes longer as I tend to hang out with my friends daily, so it is not after I come back that I see the new orders.
