CSS in DM

Why doesn't this code work.

It doesn't recognize scrollbar-face-color. Should I put it in a different way. I tried it with underscores, spaces, and no spaces in place of "-", but they didn't work. Is this type of CSS not supported?

The scrollbar function will only effect the browser, the actual scrollbars in DS aren't browser-based, and aren't that easy to change.
