Input controls do not display properly in webclient

Input controls in dream seeker are displayed properly, like so: http://i.imgur.com/R1d8mDt.png

However, when viewed in the web client the positioning and size of the controls appear to not be accurate after the interface is converted.

The input controls might need more finessing to style properly. Apparently browsers tend to style them inconsistently. I'll look into it when I can.
