Need help creating a vehicle...

Can anyone tell me how to create a vehicle that you can move around in (fly in) but you cn also choose to travel to a certain place while you are flying, sort of like a Command. Any help will be great!

And also, is there anyway I can edit a bmp file to make it so the background is transparent? If yes, please tell me cos then I can do the icons for the vehicle easily...

Use the lightest grey in paint. It should be transparent in DM.

Actually, you just have to use the transparency color, and DM will be able to read that and replace it with the mask. I don't think you can use transparencies in Paint, though.
