Party system

I have made 2 party procs, Create_Party() and Leave_Party(), now I need to know how to make a Join_Party() proc, how to make a list of the parties in the world, how to make them follow you around until they disband (into towns etc.) and how to display party members (in your party) with icons, stats etc. Can anyone help me?

Slow down and catch a breath, will ya? Heh heh heh heh. You need to further explain yourself. Also, don't expect people to do all of that.. Unless someone is feeling really generous, all they will do is point you in the right direction. =P
