Somewhat. But you should have known that this belongs in Newbie Central, being one of the few threads that has no business in Off Topic. Also, you could have easily done a search on "teams" and "say", and found some very helpful posts.

He's made quite a few topics with "I need a team", knowing that if nobody replies to join, then nobody wants to join him. He just doesn't get that part in his brain.

Actually he's asking for something different here: He's referring to teams within a game, and a Say verb that will communicate only with the team.
