Yes, you would need to go into your router.
To do this open a IE and a Command prompt

Next in the command prompt type ipconfig and under default gateway you should see a 192.168.0.1 or whatever then type that into the IE and you should get yer router it should ask for a PW and the Default is admin so type that in, next under advanced or basic depending on your router look for a Virtual server tab or button or somthing, next you will need to enter the service port (choose somthing you can remember like 5555) then it should ask for the server Ip somwhere too, go back to your command prompt and look for under Ipconfig your IP address it should be 192.168.0.??? a number should be where the question marks are. enter those are the Server IP. click the enable or whatever button, save the changes, reboot and then host your game under the Port number(the 5555 one) and it should work.
