cant get this to work

ok heres what i cant get to work i cant the usr to learn ssj heres what i have so far
ssjLearn()
            if(usr.level >= 99)
                if(usr.ssjlearn == 0)
                    usr.ssjlearn = 1
                    usr.contents += new /obj/ssj
                    usr << "<font color = red><b><i>You have aquired <u>SSJ</u></font>!"
                else
                    usr.level += 0
            else
                usr.level += 0

First of all, why are you adding 0 to usr.level. Second of all, how doesn't it work? Third of all, why are you using usr, unless if this verb belongs to another obj/mob/turf/area?

ok first off i cant get it to learn the technique, second i have used src instead of usr still nothing so could you just throw out some words of wisdom

LoL! I gotta agree with Garthor! No PBAGS!! NOOOOO!!! For the love of god come up with something that's original. Turn the pbag into a kat thats being hung by its tail, or beat up a chunk of beef, or something. Just no more pbags plzzzzzzzz. Thats about all I have to say.
