Help?

I've had an unusual problem lately. Occasionally, my npc mobs or objs will lose their icon, but regain them when I reboot the world. Why do they lose their icon? Anyone know why?

Well. Um. Is there a blank unnamed state in their icon?

Okay, It happens, but not for a long while, and no none of my icon files have blanks. Their icons go blank for no reason, and when I reboot ppl's icons go blank too, so I had to add login code to repair this every time they login.
Anyone have some suggestions?
