The nazi government did to a large extent silence any opposition anyway. A lot of people would just disappear and shit. I hope I'm not sounding like I'm just spouting out some biased allied propaganda though, although for all I know, I am.

I am also sure that the medical technology would be more advance. Hell half the crap we have today is because of the experments the Nazi did back than. They did all kinds of crazy stuff, brain transplants, blood transfusion etc. A lot of it didn't work of course. But this sounds like an intresting game.

what i dont understand is, where did the allies go wrong? i mean, which axis powers were left?(remember, at one time, there were 3.5: Germany, Japan, Italy, then Russia was neutral) i mean, what year did it go wrong, because that would greatly shape gameplay.

I don't see why the experiments the Nazi's did would have any relation to the game unless your going to go on a crazy "Nazi's are controlled by aliens/The whole lot of them are crazy freaks/etc" What you have to remember is that "2007" is two-three generations after 1945, so its not going to be the same people in power. Obviously, keep the whole fascism stuff, praising hitler, etc, but most likely especially after "winning" the war that it'd have slowly become less extreme partly to keep control of the masses and to try and keep provinces under better control. Even Fascist governments is not completely stupid.

Theres several examples of where the war could have changed, if Japan didn't hit pearl harbour, then the US would have kept the same mentality as they did in WW1 which is "it doesn't effect us so we'll leave it alone". By 1941, the only major power in the west was Britain which was struggling due to its reliance on aid via sea. This would have meant one of three things: 1) The likely option, Britain would struggle but just about hold off the Nazi's only to see an increase in demand for a fascist government (fascism was slightly popular back then you have to remember). 2) Nazi's manage to take the air battle and thus take Britain. 3) Britain submits to the Soviets and becomes communist in return for aid. | |
