Hoe can I add some more levels to an already made map? If I cant do that how can I copy a level of a map to another newly created map?

Simple. With the map in your DM window, click the Options menu and select "Set Map Size..." Now just add more Z levels by clicking the arrow or typing in the number of levels you want.
