Fear is merely a tool that helps life forms to survive. It's not that life is scary, its that you are built to be scared.

It's more scary to know that there's a virus spreading through the minds of just about everyone in the internet, and the only cure is the nexus.

Not long ago in human history we used to face a daily challenge to stay alive. Our fears were of things like starving to death, being lost in the woods, life threatening situations. We live in a much different world but still experience the same amount of fear for things which aren't life threatening. Things like not doing our homework, final exams etc. I find it helpful to remember that even if things are bad, I'm probably over reacting and things will be fine.
