Roving Keys

Whenever I try to retrieve my key. It keeps on saying "failed to open roving key" anyone know how I can login into my key?

And when ever I login with Guest, it says
BYOND(334.839) Error: failed to write to key.txt

I did that already, but I asked my friend to send me his key.txt, than it started to work. Now whenever I try to play a game it says BYOND(334.839) Error: unable to create file for downloading resources (Permission denied).

Your errors make it sound like you're unable to write(save) files to the BYOND folder. Maybe that's your problem.

Than how might I be able to fix this? I can't play any games, it either says Download aborted(my own server) or Error: unable to create file for downloading resources (Permission denied) (Connecting to a server)

Well, if you have XP or something, someone may have changed the permissions on the folder so you aren't able to modify it, or something.

I asked HOW I could fix it. Not what the problem is.
