OK, how would I add stats to people's stat bars using verbs? Like say everyone starts with a completely blank stat bar, how would I make it where I can give them stats, and also make it where it asks if it is a text stat (alignment, name, class, etc.), number stat (like strength, defense, and such), or a stat such as hp or mp, and it would have current/max? I ask for these specifics because I want people to be able to make attack formulas and such later using these.

No, I mean a host wants to set up a TextMud with the TextMud engine I'm making... stat sheets start out blank... how I give host verb to add stats to other players and allow the different stats to be set up in the way I asked so a battle system can be made with them and people aren't always forced to roll, and GM not forced to edit stats all the time... basically set up in a way that battle formulas can be set up by the host later.

you mean basically create a statpanel (or have a blank one) and beable to add and subtract things that show up on it?

see I'm not sure if this can be done...
So your best bet if no one responds to this is just to make a whole crap load of blank variables, certain ones for doing certain things and allow the administrator or whatever to monitor and change them... Have them preloaded to the stat menu... That's just a lot of work though so hopefully someone knows how to do it otherwise lol |

Is that how LoW does his stat panel or something?

It will automatically change what's in the statpanel.
