This Sexy spearing this is pretty stupid at this point

Nerf Rinnegan Animal Path Bird at lvl 120 with 3con investment It does 4k+ its basically undodgable (speed wise) And has a under 200 cd making it spammable

Ctr (cherry blossom Impact) should have a point where no matter how much con str you have it shouldnt go up having con str based builds doing 2.5k ctr isnt fun

Jidana Needs a bit of a cd Buff does 3.5k with a under 100 cd(if im correct)

Naruto Sage Is Kinda Unusable
At least make the boost just insta activate instead of the charge this I mean i know you wanna do it like the anime but its kinda inconvient mid match Also Adding a Rflx Boost Since you know Naruto was based more on rflx than int in actually reality
also the double rasengan cd is weird considering you have jiyra sage rasengan doing roughly the same witha a smaller cd

Hozuki Boost Does not stack with Iron skin regardless of the fact that it doesnt give dmg reduction ...So either make it give dmg reduction or make it stackable..... Also the water prison move that they have is pratically useless and a waste of sp because it doesnt and or rarley works
It would be cool if you could transfer water gun and bullet of non skill tree and add it to them and remove The water prisim

Please make capa and hozu not lose chakra when running on water the boost doesnt help as you have to be standing still for it to be effective

Capa could get a little boost ( up to you) or make it that you can be near water to use moves instead of directly ontop of it

Remove Itachi Tsuki

Try and find a way that Kamui Tele and kamui Destruction cant be used together as the kamui combo is basically a one hit ko and is getting real old

Nerf Demon Windmill- 1.5/2k is enough

Make Exp kawa static 1/1.5k is legit

Try And Make SSM swords do what they do in the anime

Example the sword with the bunch of tags could leave an auto...Or self exploding tag...dealing maybe 0-2000 your choice on dmg right there Etc

Black Lightning Needs to Be Usable Maybe a Boost con/rflx Of some sort .... Do Not buff the dmg for the moves tho they ight but they still kinda lack something so you now lmao

Battle should get some chakra blades (like the ones asuma had) based of Either con or rflx which ever


Remove OBB since apperantly you said it cant be recoded

Nerf The AMount of chakra deadly palm takes away


Make Inzuka Dog Killable...I mean not everyone buys chakra leech

nerf crystal shurikens and needles do alot of dmg small cd

Take Out the Steam Mist Jutsu Its basically a waste of Sp right there
