How do I make a program in BYOND to load a file from the game directory wen I type a admin command, and make a map(s) put in game? And also command wich makes evrybudy in the curent map teleports to outside, and sets to defalt small room, so I can make 1 new 1 and put in agen?

You can probably use Lummox JR's SwapMaps library to load maps on demand.
