Who decide's on which games go on the Games Live section ?

No body..You just host your game as public and it will apear in the Games Live..
|
If you mean Unpublished, nobody; just make sure you're hosting on Public and your pager is turned on.
If you mean one of the published channels, a team of reviewers looks over the submitted hub entries and approves/returns them. You can submit a hub entry by going to the distribution page in your hub entry's settings. | |
