I'm guessing he's talking about this, which I'm not sure is even around in the same form anymore.

It looks like much of it's mechanism was lifted for use in the web client.

So ... basic macro definitions, HTML + CSS to style the client, Javascript.

Within the Dreamseeker client, this doesn't apply. Presumably dms is defunct within Dreamseeker.
