Well guys I've seen many hubs for games with this but I dont know how to do it.Anyone tell me how?
I want it to scroll through the words like on this,

I actually read everything on that page, and my eyes hurt by the time I was done. I understand that is a bit of mockery, but that would be like someone flooding the forum with incomprehensible gibberish because he or she did not like DBZer/leet type; and that just is not done.

Very very slow marquees aren't bad for news tickers if they're done in a tasteful fashion (which is difficult with a marquee). Most people in the TV news industry hate "the crawl" as it distracts from the actual program they're showing. | |

As do I - we just got CNN on our cable TV here (<sarcasm>oh, joy... </sarcasm>) and I really have no idea how people can stand watching it with that annoying news ticker down the bottom. No. The marquee tag is evil and should never be used by anyone, for any reason.
Besides, this is the dumbest effect short of blinking text (some use both... ick). It makes players have to wait to read the text, distracts from other text on the page, and generally doesn't offer any visual improvement. It's a hub entry, not movie credits.
Indeed it did not. Q&A is for questions and suggestions pertaining to the engine and hub. (Sadly the new name is little better than the old, General, for clarifying what it's for.) This is really an HTML question.
