Why MORE clans...literally half of the clans, if not 3/4ths of them, basically anything not named Uchiha, are not fleshed out at all 0.o

Then that means that MS , EMS , Rinnegan reqs need to be increased even more. All clans need to be balanced. So by then we have people playing different clans instead of 3/4ths the server being uchihas.
