Hello, I am a new Programmer, and I'm trying to make a MUD for other people to use.

And I was wondering:

1. How do I give commands to specific people, like admins?
2. How do I change the name of a Player, like if they plan to role play?

3. How do I give the players the option to play music to either themselves,the world(admin only),or to someone else(of course that person will have the choice to accept the decline or song).

4. How do I give players the option to change the font color?

5. How do I make a dice macro?

6. How do I make a create-a-NPC command and NPCtalk command?

I think that's all my question. Answer ASAP.
