I want a certain area where people can build on a but no one else can build on somones else map or terrority or area mgm can delete stuff though can anyone tell me how to do this with building coding?

I'm having a hard time understanding what you're saying, and how this relates to Dragonball at all. You might want to refine your questions before asking them, so people can understand what you are saying and mean.
