Been working on a base and i'm almost a complete novice to pixel art, opinions on improvements please?

Yeah, if tinypic has an HTML code, use that instead. From I saw you should think about for the front view moving the eyes down a pixel. On the side views you should think about moving the arms closer in with the rest of the body.

Er, I think so? Do you have Gimp, Photoshop, or some other image editing software? Or are you just using Byond for your creation process?

You should try out gimp for making sprites, it's free, and I use it. Lol.
