forced shikai someone literally puts so much reitsu near you some goes into your body and you gain shikai

or just sharingan stlye you get into a fight at a certain level you are close to death your consiousnes goes in your blade and you speak to your blade he/or she ask you some questions and you go back to the fight and you awaken shikai

sharingan style could be awesome but just with mobs cause it could destroy fun from pvp on low lvls ;)
