OK I have got the house done and you can buy it and name it and all buy when you buy it and a reboot happens it does not save to the character or some one else can rebuy the house how do i stop this and get it to save to the usr who buys it ?

The first thing you should do is fix your logical error in equating "usr" with "player." That invariably leads to problems in your code.
