Getting your game to say Join?

Ok i made a game on byond and when i go to it it says connect and forums. When i click on connect it shows up saying connection failed. how do i make this work and how do i get it to say Join?

To join a game, one must be hosted. You may not be able to connect if you have a firewall. Sometimes it just happens. I'm not really sure what else the problem could be.
