Question about text strings and numbers

Hey, I have a question about Text Strings and Numbers. How would I go about searching a text string for a number without converting it with text2num or whatever?

hrm..maybe I'll try it, thanks.. gr..nvm this topic, we're just going to convert it to ascii to do it, thanks anyways.
