Not showing on hub and unable to join?

I'm hosting a game of mine. I don't know if i have a firewall, but i've never installed one. I am hosting my game and i don't see it under unpublished, nor can anyone join. What can i do?

It's on the hub now, just noone can join! It says connection failed?

Do you have a router? Is your ISP firewalling you? Do you have windowsXP SP2?
