Submit to be published

I'm trying to request battle ship to be published but all I get is this..

Error: BYOND.Classics.Strategy does not accept submissions directly.

What does it mean?

The description says it's for great games from BYOND's past. If your game isn't published yet, I don't think it'd be part of BYOND's past. =)

I've never noticed this channel before, maybe it's for really old games that were compiled in outdated versions of DM.
