Placing an image on top of an icon.

Here is my problem:

I have made up icons for Human, Saiyan, Namek, and Icers. Now, I have made each icon 31 pixels high. I need to add hair to Human's and Saiyan's. How would I put the images of the hair above the icon?

You can use pixel offsets =P. Look up pixel_y in the ref.
