statpanel(Panel,Name,Value)

I have a question. If "Panel" is the name of the statpanel.
What is "Name"? I checked it in the reference and it said

Name: the name of the stat line.

However, I don't seem to understand this. Can someone explain to me what it means.

The Panel is the name of the Tab. The Name is the red word, "Test". The Value is the number 10.
