Now say i was hosting on the byond server on port 6000 but my IP was not always the same every time i connected to the Internet. if i did the code posted above and someone added the world to their bookmarks would redirect.me show up instead of my temporary ip address?

I don't know. I want to say no, they would bookmark the current IP address, but I've never tried this. I guess the only sure-fire way of knowing would be to run a small test and see what happens.
