need help with logging in

I know absolutely nothing about coding unless it is used for mapping so that's why I'm asking this question

I need to know how I set where someone starts out on the map when they log in

got another on for anybody willing to help I need to know about top icons gotta put them on I just need it to where you log in with it and does the usual top icon stuff
