How to port? person with zero knowledge

Problem description:basically for whatever reason even porting to an alt computer used to work it now doesnt, even after restoring router to defualt settings. I have zero knowledge in this dont assume i know even the simplest of things. How do i get another computer to play my game?

i known that. That site tells you nothing if you have no idea what you are doing. I also followed a video tutorial exactly on youtube using that portforwarding program and another and I still cant get a port open

ive even created a specific port, and still portforward is blocking not detecting the port i used which is 5000

no knowledge is so low with this matter i dont even know what a status ip is. Well i can guess what it is, but no idea how to get one or to conform I have one. Also I am trying to connect on a local network if that helps. It was working before and then stoped one day.
