I’ve got a problem. I bought a very nice laptop specifically with the idea of using it to work on Silver Crescent (my game) while at work and away from home. The only problem is that I need to be able to connect to it through Dream Seeker to test it out every now and then. This does not appear to be possible unless your using a computer with internet access. BYOND requires that I enter my key and password in order to use it.

I vaguely recall a guest account system from when I was using BYOND several years ago. I figured I’d just use that, but this does not appear to be available in 3.5. Is it possible to run my games on a stand alone computer for testing purposes? If so, how? If not, why?

Thanks,
Andrew B.
My friend just passes 'cancel' when it asks for the ID/pass o.o

Hrmm... I didn't think of doing that. :) Guess that's what I get for trying to troubleshoot personal issues while at work.

Thanks for the help!

There is no cancel button on the login screen. This must be new with the 3.5 beta and the seperation between the pager and dream seeker.

I'll have to give Tramsyg's suggestion a try and see how that works when I get home from work tonight.
