Kalzar	Look towards the left under resources, click DM Guide, Tutorials, Demos, DM Reference, and Libraries. Those will help you learn to program. No one will do it for you.

You could try posting in Classified Ads for a programmer.

I recommend reading through a number of similar posts before you post your "Help Wanted". Get familiar with the common reactions and questions so you can prepare yourself.

Asking for someone to code for you no trivial request. You might do people a favor and prepare a design doc, a payment plan (if available), proof of concept, or something before posting again.

If you have no detailed plan of action, you're not only asking for a developer, but a partner as well.
