Descriptive Problem Summary:
On webclient, currently if the tabs are too large for the screen, they'll display outside of the client area. Need to either add a scroll option, or have them break down to a second line to make they accessible still.

Create 20 stat panels
Notice that you'll be unable to see some.

Does this happen on a particular skin or is there an example? I've tested multi-row tabs myself and have not seen this in action. The result doesn't look the way I'd like it with more tabs on the bottom, but it does work for me.
