If you want to publish it you have to sent it to be reviewed by the proper BYOND staff members.

I believe it's located under Distribution, the application. Select the appropriate channel and select the Review checkbox and then submit it. It might take a few days to weeks before it's accepted or declined.

Oh, and make sure your game is readily playable so they can actually test.
