Descriptive Problem Summary:

when connecting to Web client Local(connect) i have to connect using Localhost:port or 127.0.0.1:port

if someone in my house uses my local network address to connect it gives them Error 9, and sometimes Chrome Error: Server Disconnected.

Does the problem occur:
Happens Every time
Happens On All Local Computers

When does the problem NOT occur?

When Using Dream seeker.

Note: I Have Everything Port forwarded, Updated Java, adobe etc just in case Dream seeker works 100%

Note 2: i can't have anyone on local network use public ip to connect, due to fact i have type of router that does not allow local users to connect on public ip only local, yes i know it is weird,

But any one outside the network can connect on public ip - this is not a problem cause i host all the time on Dream Daemon & Playing On Seeker.
I dealt with a similar situation to this a while back. In the error 9 case, can you tell me what local address you're using? What does it show for your IP address in DD's Players tab? What is world.address?

Our goal is to allow anyone on the LAN's subnet to connect properly, since we found some routers behave oddly when they loopback. So if you could give me more info that would help me see where this logic is going wrong.
