im trying to work on a state for the game im working on to where it will make or atleast add temporary turfs while the state is on. the state makes a black cage around the mob with a radius of 4. so yeah that is 9x9 square with about 20 or more different icons. i just need a base proc to do this and ill c&p the rest. if anybody could help at all. thank you very much!!!!!! ^_^;
