how do i get my game on the hub with out publishing it?

I want to test some aspects of my game but cant get it on the hub. I have this under the world section of the code:
world
    view = 5
    name = "Default RPG"
    hub  = "Albire.drpg"

also how do i give my game an icon(next to the name of it on the hub list)?

go to your account and go to my hub and click new hub entry...thats has all want to know you will have to make the hub entry name the same as the hub on your world.hub or just change the world.hub

I want to have the game show up as unpublised, if i do that it will be published. I am not ready to publish it yet

it will not publish it,to publish you must go through a long period of time for byond to accept it.

No, that's a common misconception. Publishing a hub entry is different than having it accepted into the official channels. Also, recently a new rule was put into place that requires all games to be published (Via the link to the left) before they will appear on the hub. Unless you request for your game to be reviewed and it passes, it will appear under unpublished. They should really change it to "Register Games" or something.

ok i just did your steps and it still isnt showing up anywhere. any ideas?

When you host it...if you don't have it on a channel then it will appear in the unpublished live game

No, let me explain the system again for you:

1.Bob created a game that he wants to publish.
2.Bob creates the game and the game shows up under the 3.unpublished category.
4.After a few day's, BOb fixed all of the bugs and he wants to publish it.
5. Bob invites Joe to review his game, Joe review's Bob's game, and decides that it is good enough to be published. Congrat's, Bob! You've published your game!

Note: Games cannot be published currently, 'cuase a new review system is worked. Or somthing like that, I don't really remember =p
