Eh, in the straight simple, local (not shell) way:
open Dream Daemon, select the .dmb of the game you want to hot and set up the options (eg: port) than click the green button (I think it was green... well, it should be obvious none-the-less). If you are doing this locally (meaning your own PC), you can join via byond://localhost:[port you entered goes here]
Shell: Assuming BYOND is installed and everything, you have to type in this command.
